Abstract:
The case study primarily deals with ‘The House of Garb’, a fashion house in New
Delhi, which has been in the fashion business since 1982. The company, which
has been enjoying success with the current business model, started getting
complaints from its retailers. After assessment, the company realised flaws in
its supply chain. For this, they evaluated different supply chain strategies and
chose Mass Customisation to be implemented in their company. The company
could satisfy the retailers as well as its customers after the successful
implementation of Mass Customisation programme.
